Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in sales, business development, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and supporting business growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights that drive sales strategies.
  • Support in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with different teams to optimize sales operations and enhance business development efforts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Learn and utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Interest in business development, sales operations, and IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
