Job Description:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the ICT sector, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
- Stay informed of the latest trends, products, and technologies in the ICT industry, providing clients with up-to-date information and solutions that align with their business needs.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Lead negotiations and ensure timely closing of sales contracts, working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client retention and loyalty.
- Assist in identifying new markets and regions for business expansion and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
