Job Overview

The Back Office Coordination Expert role is essential in supporting the Training Department at BSI Companies. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including Sales and Accounts, to achieve target revenue and profit.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. They will also have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in MS Office, and up to two years of experience in customer service or administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate back office operations from sales contract to certificate issuance.
  • Collaborate with trainers, hotels, travel agencies, and courier companies to ensure timely handling and delivery of training materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training records and handle training contracts in SAP.
  • Support the Operations Team Leader, Sales Team, and Accounts team in their daily activities.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree and be proficient in MS Office.
  • Have up to two years of experience in customer service or administration.
  • Be based in Riyadh and have a good command of English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an advantage.
