We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Endava Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in new business development and a proven track record of success.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in selling nearshore IT Professional Services, with significant experience within the Financial Services industry. They will be able to leverage their existing network of contacts and/or previously customers in Financial Services to drive sales opportunities. The successful candidate will execute an end-to-end client sales cycle, develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, and negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals.

As a subject matter expert (SME) on technology challenges within the vertical, you will be responsible for identifying industry pain points and engaging with and persuading VP or C-level decision-makers. You will also contribute to external industry events and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
