At My Clinic KSA, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a key member of our team, the Human Resources Trainee will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Candidate Liaison: Liaise with employees and external candidates to provide support and answer queries, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate applicants, conduct job interviews, and prepare follow-up steps, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Communication and Updates: Make phone calls to new candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • HR Best Practices: Ask questions, make notes on HR best practices and procedures, and implement them into the work, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Employee Support: Provide excellent customer service to internal employees by assisting them with any queries they may have, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the source of CVs and make recommendations based upon successful placements, analyzing data to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Collate all offer paperwork, obtain approvals, and pass to the HR Administrator, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Knowledge and Development: Keep up to date with regard to all open vacancies and incoming CVs, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Employer Branding: Assist with the development of our Employer Branding strategy, ensuring a strong and attractive employer image.
  • Employee Benefits: Learn the employee benefits program, including pensions, paid time off, and other benefits offered by the company, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our employee offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and external candidates.
  • Language: Fluent in English language.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
