As a key member of the team, you will be involved in all aspects of HR, collaborating with the wider business on various organizational matters. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency and transparency within the HR function, supporting a cohesive workplace environment through effective communication and procedural adherence.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage and maintain accurate HR records, ensuring timely and effective reporting.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
  3. Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes, guiding new hires through orientation and handling exit procedures.
  4. Provide updates to organizational policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level.
  4. Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
