About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at SPHC. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
