  • Support in arranging new joiner orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • Participate in employee engagement and cultural activities and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support in coordinating and executing HR events and ensure smooth execution.
  • Process employee's attendance and overtime and maintain accurate records.
  • Update all employees' data in the database and ensure accurate information.
  • Archive all employees' documents in their personal files and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Process the issuance and renewal of licenses, Iqamas, and labor cards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Issue and renew all kinds of Visas and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Logistics and Supply chain experience preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration or a related field.
  • Human Resources and Personnel Management certification preferred.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Saudi Labor Law knowledge and compliance.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Negotiation and time management skills.
Certifications:
  • CIPD certification preferred.
  • Social Human Resources Management certification preferred.
Screenings:
  • Medical test.
  • Education verification.
  • Criminal/Police clearance.
