This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in building and executing brand strategies that drive growth and profitability in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Building and Activation:
    • Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform brand positioning and messaging.
    • Develop and execute local communication and innovation toolkits that drive brand growth and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Brand Development:
    • Work closely with global and regional teams to develop local input on communication toolkits and ensure brand consistency.
    • Cross-functionally collaborate with extended teams to bring innovations from idea to execution in the market.

About You:

We're looking for a talented and experienced professional with a strong background in brand management and marketing. Ideally, you'll have a degree in marketing or a related field and at least 3+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or beauty categories.

You'll be responsible for analyzing consumer insights, developing brand strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives.
