Zid is looking for a Manager, Revenue Performance & Process Optimization to lead and refine revenue processes, enhance merchant experience, and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Map, document, and optimize the merchant lifecycle from lead acquisition to retention.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and drop-off points in the revenue funnel.
  • Implement a data-driven framework to enhance handoffs between teams.
  • Leverage Customer Data Platform (CDP) insights to personalize merchant interactions.
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to ensure process scalability.

What You'll Do:

  1. Streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  2. Optimize the full merchant journey to accelerate revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals and process improvements.
  4. Utilize CDP analytics to uncover merchant behavior patterns and segmentation opportunities.
