The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently displaying fresh chicken products in the market to ensure maximum visibility and freshness through the use of FIFO. They will also implement company planograms to optimize existing shelf space and ensure maximum visibility.

In this role, you will rotate products to minimize wastage and improve margin, achieve monthly targets, and place advertising and point-of-sale materials to achieve optimum visibility and ensure market dominance. You will also enhance distribution and coverage, set a monthly target plan based on quantity/item in coordination with KA supervisor, and ensure the optimum use of merchandising materials and equipment allocated to you.

You will maintain high standards of sales ethics and monitor performance while in the market and company premises, follow a daily visits plan, commit to the allocated credit limit, and collect all crates from all markets every day. Additionally, you will write a daily sales report.
