Role Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will support the program's key leaders in developing communication materials and organizational improvements for a portfolio of mobility/railway projects in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering consultancy services and be able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five or more years of experience as an effective technical writer.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
  • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
  • Professional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, and engineering disciplines. Understanding of project risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation tools (PowerBI, Indesign, etc).
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (writing and editing).
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex technical information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Good understanding of technical or engineering terminology and processes relevant to the field.
  • Good knowledge of word processing tools and document formatting programs such as MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to review texts carefully and avoid linguistic or informational errors.
