As a Store Operations Specialist at MECCA Hornsby, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock levels and controlling inventory
  • Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of high standard
  • Executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups
  • Maintaining store VM and appearance standards
  • Working closely with the store leadership team to empower, train, and develop the store team's performance on store operations tasks and procedures

What you will bring

Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required. As an Operations Specialist, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
