About the Role

Help AG is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity arm, you will be responsible for delivering strategic consultancy combined with tailored information security services and solutions that address the diverse requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead projects from architectural design to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute technical security projects for our clients, demonstrating expertise in network security architecture and design.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for information security services to our clients, providing guidance on security best practices.
  • Interact and communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Design security architectures for our clients, considering their specific business needs and technical requirements.
  • Research innovative solutions for client needs, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
  • Deliver successful proof of concept for our clients, showcasing the effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy project status, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in Information Security.
  • Experience in IT Consulting companies, with a strong understanding of complex environments.
  • The ability to architect, design, and implement targeted solutions is essential.
  • Experience in large-scale organizations on the customer side and/or worked in an IT-vendor environment.
  • Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment, with expertise in data classification and protection.
  • High experience with implementing and delivering projects end to end related to Data classification and Data protection, with certifications in Symantec portfolio including DLP, SMG, CASB.
  • Additional experience in technologies such as BeyondTrust, F5, Palo Alto, Infoblox, and Thales is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of information security concepts and related technology, with a strong background in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations.
  • Understanding of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and virtualization, with experience in cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements, with excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
  • Able to identify new work areas and set new goals, with very good presentation skills.
  • Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English, with proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
  • Ability to communicate/translate to customer-level, with flexibility to manage own projects.
  • Arabic language is preferred.
