We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales by engaging with customers to promote Bayut's offerings;
  2. Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities;
  3. Identify and capitalize on customer needs to drive revenue growth;
  4. Accurately record and process customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system;
  5. Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary;

  7. Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field;
  • (1-2) years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities;
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle objections effectively.
