Job Summary

The Saudi Railway Company (SAR) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Supervisor to join its team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, this role will be responsible for developing, organizing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Training Programs

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees and align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes developing policies, methodologies, and procedures for training and development.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis

Identify training needs at the individual and organizational level, and develop strategies to address these needs. This includes analyzing training data and making recommendations for training programs.

Manage Training Budget

Develop and manage the annual training budget, ensuring that training programs are aligned with business objectives and that resources are allocated effectively.

Coordinate Training Programs

Coordinate and deliver training programs, including selecting and managing training providers, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Provide Training Information and Support

Provide information about training programs to employees, and assist in selecting training programs that meet individual needs.

Design and Implement Employee Development Programs

Design and implement programs to support employee development, including leadership development and succession planning.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders, including line managers and employees, to understand training needs and develop training programs that meet these needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
