Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and job requirements.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to find potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Screening and Selection
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations and feedback.
Employer Branding
  • Promote Tamra Capital as an employer of choice through effective branding and outreach strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Process Management
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and industry trends.
