About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Talent Pal, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our business areas to fill vacant roles with the right candidates in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Implement recruitment strategies to attract and select the best candidates for our open positions. Ensure that all applicants have a great experience throughout the process.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and selection processes.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and headhunt for open and potential future positions to build a pool of qualified candidates.
  4. Selection and Assessment: Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates, including CBI, assessment centers, psychometric evaluations, and other applicable tests.
