**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Customer Success to lead key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical. As a consultative partner, you will develop relationships with key clients, service their research requirements, and explore cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their research requirements are met and identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell.
- Demonstrate expertise across research types, including Brand Health tracking, C-SAT/MS, and U&A studies.
- Lead key accounts and project executions, guiding team members in all research-related stages, from questionnaire development to client presentation.
- Provide advice on project execution, inform clients on progress, and give specific instructions to other departments regarding data collection and electronic processing.
**Requirements**
- 9+ years of relevant working experience, with experience in Market Research and quantitative research projects being a must.
- Strong client focus and ability to influence, persuade, and develop long-term sustainable relationships.
- Strong understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of data in reporting and insights.
- Able to operate in a multi-cultural environment and manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
