Job Title: Corporate Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs Specialist to lead and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that enhance public perception, drive engagement, and align with organizational goals.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Public Relations (PR), Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, and Digital Communication, with a proven track record of managing high-profile campaigns and fostering effective stakeholder relationships. This role is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Internal and External Communication: Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational values through internal and external communication efforts.
  • Develop Communication Policies: Standardize practices across departments through the development of communication policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare High-Level Presentations: Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and speeches for senior leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on PR, marketing, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communication within the context of urban development, infrastructure, and large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes communication and crisis management scenarios.
  • Experience working with government entities or large organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to craft and execute comprehensive communication plans.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
