As a leading EPC contracting company in Saudi Arabia, we deliver large-scale projects in power generation, high-voltage substations, OHTL, water treatment, pipelines, and industrial infrastructure.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support key HR functions and employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, data management, HR compliance, performance tracking, and support for recruitment and payroll processes.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function that supports business objectives and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, HR database updates, contract preparation, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and exit processes, ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Performance & Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and track employee attendance, absences, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Assist in maintaining KPIs and performance records for employee evaluations.
  • Support HR leadership in the execution of performance appraisal processes.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in coordinating candidate interviews, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely mobilization and joining formalities.
  • Follow up with new hires for probation evaluations and contract renewals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or employee services.

Experience in EPC, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Taqat).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and document management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
