  4. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to arrange contractual services.
  5. Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets.

  7. Implement and maintain office safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  9. Assist with the organisation of business travel, meetings, and events.

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Administrative Operations Manager or Senior Office Coordinator.
  3. Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
