Your Role
You will be part of our Customer Outcomes team, working closely with our customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As a Principal Workflow Architect, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow product capabilities and complimentary technologies. You will participate in workshops with customers, design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities, and provide feedback to product development to improve the product.

What You Get to Do
  1. Assess current processes and establish future-state processes with customers through workshops.
  2. Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  3. Take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes and advise customers on how to do so.
  4. Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
  5. Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers.
  6. Maintain skills / certifications depending on the teams need.
  7. Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
  8. Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration and best practices.
