Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide administrative support to our Talent & Culture department. This includes maintaining confidential employee files, data entry into our workforce management system, and coordinating the full cycle recruitment process.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume administrative role and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing office supplies and equipment, including purchasing orders, and assisting with company-directed training, such as new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • In addition, you will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and conduct audits as needed.
  • As the first point of contact for our team, you will consistently offer professional, proactive, engaging, and friendly service to our colleagues.
Qualifications
  • A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline is an asset.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding is preferred, as well as event planning experience.
  • You must have excellent organizational and administrative skills, be very detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to meet deadlines and be accountable.
  • A strong ability to understand the needs of a diverse workforce and previous experience handling confidential information are also required.
