Main Duties
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule tasks and set deadlines in collaboration with the Facility and Fit-Out Manager, manage maintenance activities within the team based on priorities and skills.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless task execution, onboard vendors or service providers for maintenance and fit-out tasks as required.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare essential documentation for maintenance activities, present reports on maintenance progress, costs, and issues to the Facility and Fit-Out Manager.
  • Technical Expertise: Interpret engineering drawings to support maintenance and fit-out activities, provide technical guidance to assist the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, proficiency in English and Arabic, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
