The Senior Planning Manager (DEL - 192) will be responsible for leading the planning function for one of Qiddiya's largest precincts, including the creation of detailed project plans and schedules. You will also coordinate with project managers and teams to align objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
In addition, you will monitor project progress and financial performance, analyzing variances and implementing necessary adjustments. Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success is also a critical aspect of this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, as well as 10-15 years of experience in planning and project management. Proven expertise in project scheduling methodologies and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, is also essential.
