Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Engineer to work closely with our Sales team and provide technical expertise on all aspects of account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations and solution design.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as a technical resource for the Sales team on account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations and solution design
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies in collaboration with the Sales team and achieve set targets
- Create customized accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans tailored to company products/services
- Participate in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations
- Coordinate proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and ensure successful closure of opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective
- Foster strong partnerships with customers and partners in support of sales objectives;
- Conduct technical sales calls
- Evaluate and enhance the adoption, integration and value generation of offered products/services within the customer/partner business and related IT infrastructure
- Deliver comprehensive pre-sales documentations in a prompt and efficient manner
- Design and deliver educational programs for partners and customers
- Provide timely and effective support to customers and partners during assigned rotations and escalate issues when necessary
- Streamline business operations by leveraging available systems (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of relevant experience.
