The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through strategic closing techniques, proactively engaging with existing clients to understand their needs and concerns, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage renewal, upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Exceeding Sales Targets: Utilize strategic closing techniques to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Engagement: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and concerns, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewal, upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Collection and Payment: Ensure prompt and efficient collection of client installments and outstanding payments.
  4. Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze sales funnel dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
A Day in Your Life:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process from end-to-end, including:

  1. Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales process from end-to-end, including being the first point of contact for the customer, all the way to closing the sale.
    1. Customer Outreach: Reach and call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how AlGooru and our service works.
    2. Needs Assessment: Detect and understand the needs of our future students, pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions.
    3. Tutoring Package: Explore with customers to find their ideal (individualized) tutoring package in order to unfold their full potential.
  2. Client Retention: Drive client retention through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management initiatives.
  3. Sales Targets: Own and achieve your monthly sales targets.
  4. Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
  5. Payment Follow-ups: Conduct necessary follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  6. Response Rate: Decrease the average response rate to a user to make our responsiveness as fast as possible.
  7. Data Collection: Collect, enter, and report data in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:

We're looking for a Sales Representative who has:

  1. 1-3 years of sales/telesales experience.
  2. 1-2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably: HubSpot).
  3. Proactive sales skills.
  4. Familiarity with Saudi consumer culture.
  5. Strong negotiation skills.
  6. Goal-oriented mindset.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team.
