Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Exhibitor to represent our brand and showcase our products at various industry-related exhibitions and trade shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up exhibition booths, interacting with attendees, demonstrating products, and effectively communicating the brand's message to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibition Setup and Management: Set up and break down exhibition booths or displays, ensuring a professional and visually appealing presentation.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally to all stakeholders and booth visitors, showcasing our products and services.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our products.
- Attendee Engagement: Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and gather feedback to improve our products and services.
- Marketing Materials: Distribute marketing materials and collect contact information for potential leads.
- Booth Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized booth area throughout the event.
- Post-Event Follow-up: Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads post-event.
- Event Reporting: Report on exhibition results, including attendee interactions, feedback, and potential leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an exhibitor, sales representative, or similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry and products being presented.
- Organization and Time Management: High level of organization and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical setup of exhibition materials.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
Education:
High school diploma required, further education or certification in marketing, sales, or related field preferred.
