About the Role:

The Saudi Tourism Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Projects Delivery Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project delivery activities to ensure the successful implementation of sector requirements and identifying improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the strategic vision for special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
  2. Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and expectations, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and regularly monitor progress through detailed reporting and analysis to ensure goals are being met.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously assess project processes and outcomes, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies and improve project management practices.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other activities as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
