Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our Project and Development (PDS) Management team in KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a strong client network within the industry and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our presence in the KSA market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive project delivery
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the KSA market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our project teams to ensure successful project delivery and business growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage a P&L
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
