Business Development & Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our growth strategy in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. As part of our global expansion, this individual will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence, driving sales, and securing partnerships with key stakeholders across the market.

This is a high-impact leadership position with the opportunity to shape the future of UltraSense Systems in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond. They will build and lead a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with corporate objectives, and identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and industry partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
  • Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and industry partners.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish alliances with OEMs, technology integrators, and ecosystem players to accelerate market penetration.

Qualifications include:

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.
