Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive incremental business results within a team of Partners managers in various Mid-Market industries. As a key member of our team, you will act as a trusted advisor to Saudi Sales teams, partners & their enterprise strategic customer plans. Your primary responsibility will be to drive targeted, scalable industry sales plays with your team and the full ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build trust with clients and stakeholders by being clear about expectations, setting high ethical standards, and following through on commitments.
  2. Collaborate with partner C-level teams to understand go-to-market strategies and support corporate ambition in SaaS and Cloud technology.
  3. Enable and support partners to influence customers to select Oracle solutions.
  4. Grow the quantity and quality of our partner ecosystem.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  1. A proactive and passionate approach to helping people win at work towards the success of the organization.
  2. Results-oriented and able to engage in a sales cycle, offering input to the opportunity business case.
  3. Experience and comfort interacting with GSI (Global System Integrator) C-Level personnel.
  4. A strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) management positions (min 5 years).
  5. Ability and/or willingness to work in a remote, non-routine, and complex work environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills.
  6. Proven sales experience in a channel environment.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
