We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to expand Lucidya's presence in the Public Sector and Large Enterprises across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of selling SaaS or AI-driven solutions to government and enterprise clients. This role will be crucial in driving revenue growth and positioning Lucidya as the go-to CX analytics solution for major organizations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Public Sector and Large Enterprises in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in government entities and large corporations.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and align Lucidya's solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
