About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing long-term partnerships with strategic clients, and promoting our services within the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new key accounts in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and develop sales quotations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for Dimensions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the Saudi hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary: SAR 60,000 - SAR 80,000 per annum
