As a Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales quotations to clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UPS.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Use and develop the sales database to maximize efficiency.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for DIMENSIONS.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize contract documentation.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team to foster a collaborative environment.
- Assist in preparing promotional campaigns and planning advertising for social media platforms.
