We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our team at Tact Digital Marketing Agency. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with a focus on paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Assist the segment and campaign manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns that meet the goals and needs of the marketing team.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to plan and schedule marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Campaign Implementation: Supervise the effective implementation of marketing campaigns, recommending changes and modifications to various campaign data as needed.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Objective Achievement: Prepare detailed list-selection criteria to ensure achievement of all campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Testing: Perform tests to ensure precision in campaign implementation.
  • Data Management: Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.
  • Response Handling: Supervise response handling and assist in campaign information distribution.
  • Campaign Documentation: Document all campaign strategies and prepare promotional activities.
  • Marketing Data Support: Assist the campaign manager in delivering marketing data and providing support for campaign planning and marketing campaigns.
  • Interactive Workflow: Supervise everyday interactive workflow and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting on all campaigns to ensure quality of all programs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory for all campaigns on an everyday basis and ensure client satisfaction in all activities.
  • Pricing and Planning: Participate in pricing and planning strategies and assess inventory for the same.
  • Ad Serving Issues: Monitor and resolve complex ad serving issues.
  • Metric Design: Design and monitor all metrics in coordination with account management.
  • System Analysis: Analyze systems and recommend improvements to all campaigns and prepare appropriate reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related job experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and project management skills, in-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
