Job DetailsAs a Front Desk Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective communication between various stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include conducting daily check-in/out inspections, overseeing in-house inventory management, supervising the maintenance and cleaning team, coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, preparing and adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring compliance with property documentation requirements and quality assurance standards, responding promptly and professionally to on-ground guest requests, handling add-on service requests, sourcing and managing reliable service providers and vendors, maintaining data control and confidentiality of sensitive information, greeting visitors, clients, and partners, answering and directing incoming calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintaining the tidiness and appearance of the reception area.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent management and coordination skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience in Operations and Front Desk management, preferably in the hospitality industry, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
