Administrative Support Specialist IV

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist IV to join our team at Qiddiya Investment Company. In this essential role, you will be responsible for facilitating various administrative functions and helping maintain a professional atmosphere. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Qiddiya Investment Company
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, efficiently directing inquiries, and providing information about the organization
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the reception area
- Facilitate communication between visitors and internal departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding guest management and privacy
- Support emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols in the reception area
- Bachelor's, Diploma degrees or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with visitors and staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanor to represent the company effectively
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in challenging circumstances
