As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our NEOM & Riyadh Operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Real Estate and/or Hospitality industry, in KSA market.
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate and Hospitality market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • English fluency is a must.
