  • Provide proactive leadership in client utilization of State Street Corporation products and services.
  • Facilitate conference calls and meetings with other consultants and product experts.
  • Communicate pertinent information on upgrades and major releases.
  • Manage training and consulting resource requests.
  • Monitor and assist with issue escalation process.
  • Respond to additional product requests.
  • Manage coordination of work undertaken by State Street Corporation representatives in other locations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry changes and trends.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large projects or multiple smaller projects.
  • Extensive front office experience, including order management and dealing with fund managers/traders.
  • Applications experience with State Street Corporation's trading system or equivalent.
  • Excellent market instrument knowledge, including fixed income and derivatives.
  • Some technical knowledge, ideally SQL.
  • Experience with full life cycle implementation is essential.
  • Experience dealing with users or clients from a technical or business area.
  • Comfortable making presentations covering business, technical, or sales.
  • Fluency in a second European language is highly desirable.
  • Third-level qualification, ideally a technical bachelor's degree.
