Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Managing Consultant to lead client engagements across a range of industries and types of projects. As a trusted client business advisor, you will provide subject matter or industry expertise, guide the team to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value, and own mid- to senior-level client relationships. Responsibilities will include proactively engaging in the client agenda, internal culture, and relationship risks. You will also mentor and coach junior teammates outside of direct engagement teams and engender effective contribution to Mastercard's knowledge management and best practices.

  • Diverse Perspective: Bring a unique skillset or approach to the table.
For this position, you should have an undergraduate or master's degree and tenured work experience after completing your undergraduate degree. Experience in a consulting organization as a consultant, directly managing multiple people across multiple projects, and exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills are essential. Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants is preferred. You should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing.
