We are seeking an Oncology Pharmacist to join our team. As an Oncology Pharmacist, you will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting medical orders and prescriptions for appropriateness in therapy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and interpret medical orders and prescriptions for appropriateness in therapy.
  2. Dispense and manage medications including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
  3. Provide medication counseling to patients and their caregivers about potential side effects and interactions.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and manage individualized patient medication plans.
  5. Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by providing medication information and clinical recommendations to healthcare team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the preparation and dispensing of oncology medications.

Required Qualifications

To be successful as an Oncology Pharmacist, you must have:

  1. A graduate degree from a Faculty of Pharmacy in good standing.
  2. A recognized certificate from the Saudi Commission.
  3. Dataflow recognition.

Professional Experience

You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position and be a registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
