At Commencis, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve and maximize sales targets, expand our customer base, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a sustainable business pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and identifying opportunities to qualify and close.
  2. Research and define innovations in the target markets, developing strategies to discover and evaluate new business opportunities.
  3. Expand our portfolio through partnerships within the industry, particularly in international markets.
  4. Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and new development opportunities in emerging markets.
  5. Develop a tactical marketing plan for niche sales kits, advising and delivering to appropriate sectors.
  6. Implement, control, and manage sales & distribution strategies in account channels to achieve business objectives.
  7. Lead the proposal and quotation process, participating in contract negotiations throughout the negotiation process.
  8. Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
  9. Take part in the development of the branding strategy.
  10. Manage client and prospect relationships at commercial and technical levels, using available resources.
  11. Represent Commencis at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
  12. Understand and utilize Commencis products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in technology/digital is required.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving sales growth.
  4. Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation.
  5. Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
  6. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  7. Ability to deliver and sell propositions between companies and software products.
  8. Ability to position products against competitors.
  9. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  10. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire.
