Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our infrastructure development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads and highways construction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to project managers, engineers, and technical teams to drive excellence in performance, innovation, and safety.
- Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Technical Expertise: Review and approve technical documents, design drawings, and construction specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to optimize resource utilization and maximize project profitability.
- Communication: Lead project meetings, workshops, and presentations to provide updates on project status, address technical challenges, and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD). PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in English.
