Job Description

The Third Party Agreement Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of processes to effectively manage interactions with KSIADC Terminals third-party stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Establish processes and procedures to ensure effective engagement and communication.
  • Create a comprehensive RACI Matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure structured communication between workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings to promote alignment and collaboration.
  • Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement and identify potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions.
  • Provide guidance to project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural competence and ability to work in diverse environments.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong writing and communication skills.
