Job Description:
GULF RESEARCH CENTRE seeks a skilled and experienced Administrative Secretary to support our team. As an integral member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing periodic reports, and supporting the team in special projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents. - Correspondence and Communication:
Compose, edit, and proofread letters, memos, and other documents for internal and external communication. - Scheduling and Event Planning:
Manage the calendar of the supervisor, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records. - Support and Assistance:
Assist in the preparation of budgets, invoices, and financial documents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred or high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree. - Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable 2-3 years preferred. - Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Arabic and English. - Personal Attributes:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
