- Contract Closeout: Facilitate the proper closeout of contracts from an administrative perspective to ensure a well-organized, transparent, and satisfactory conclusion to the contract's lifecycle, leading to successful project outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and the establishment of a foundation for future contractual engagements.
- Contract Compliance and Dispute Resolution: Track contract compliance throughout project execution and provide status updates to the Contracts Manager to ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations. Contribute to addressing and resolving contractual disputes, conflicts, or discrepancies that may arise during project implementation by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
