We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Multi-tasking: Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving: Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
