As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law. You will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing (where applicable), and exit interviews.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.). Additionally, you will process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits. Your responsibilities will also include managing employee leave requests and tracking attendance.

You will handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Furthermore, you will assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

You will coordinate training and development programs for employees. Your role will also involve preparing HR reports and presentations as required. Ensuring compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is crucial in this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is critical.
